Delivery Information
At Babyland we want to deliver our baby products to you quickly, safely and at the best price possible. To acheive this we offer three different options which can be selected from the 'Estimate Shipping & Taxes' calculator from your cart. These three option are:
1. Pickup From Store
If you purchase an item from our online store and want to collect it from our walk-in store at no charge.
2. Delivery (Postcode Exemption or Australia Post)
We deliver all our products Australia wide with Australia Post when this option is selected. We will notify you once the item has been shipped and supply you with a tracking number so that you can follow your order.
3. Shipping Quote on Request
Due to the certain size of items or location entered this may be the only option provided. Postage will need to be calculated with a shipping company after the order is completed so that we can provide you with an accurate price for shipping via email. If you do not agree with the shipping quote provided via email we will happily offer you a refund. If you would like a shipping quote prior to purchasing simply contact

our chat. We will then be able to supply you with a quote prior to
purchasing.

Product Availability
Goods ordered will be dispatched within 1-2 working days if the item is in stock. We will notify you if an item is out of stock and offer an approximate time frame of arrival. If the approximate time frame supplied is unacceptable, we will be happy to offer you a refund.
Terms and Conditions
While we make every effort to keep information on our website correct and up to date we offer no guarantee that the information presented on this website is timely or accurate. If outdated or erroneous information on this website results in an order being submitted with incorrect pricing or other details we will contact the customer and provide updated information and charges for their approval. The customer is free to accept this revised order or decline it, in which case they will not be charged and no goods will be dispatched.
Orders received by Babyland via this website are an offer to purchase only. An order confirmation is only confirmation that we have received your order and in no way indicates acceptance of this offer. Babyland reserves the right to refuse an offer to purchase for any reason that we see fit subject to applicable law, and reserves the right not to disclose these reasons subject to applicable law.
Refund Policy
Goods may be exchanged for other items or a store credit if they are returned within 4 weeks. All items must be unused, in the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt. Unfortunately we do not refund for change of mind. Exchanges are made at the expense of the customer if posting items back.
If you have a problem with any item you purchase please contact us first before returning it, and have your receipt number handy. We will direct you on how and where to send it.
